13. The Snowed-In Cabin With a Cellar

Sometimes I like a cabin that feels like a proper winter home, not just a pretty shell. This one has a cellar underneath for storage, food, and a little enchanting corner.
Upstairs stays cozy — fireplace, bed, Christmas tree, the works. Downstairs is where the survival happens: chests, barrels, a brewing stand, and a furnace row. Snow piled high against the walls outside sells the whole snowed-in feeling. It’s the kind of build you live in for a whole season, not just a weekend.
