12. The Christmas Cabin With a Hot Cocoa Stand
This one’s made for friends. Or for a server, which is basically the same thing.
Build a tiny stand next to the cabin — striped awning, counter, barrels of cocoa, and mugs made from flower pots. Hang a sign that says hot cocoa, light it with lanterns, and let people stop by. It’s such a small addition, but it turns a quiet cabin into a place people actually visit.
