9. Toilet Paper Roll Black Cats
Transform simple cardboard tubes into sleek, mysterious Halloween black cats. Paint an empty toilet paper roll entirely black. Once dry, fold the top rim of the tube inward on both sides to create two pointed cat ears. Cut out thin strips of black construction paper for the tail and glue it to the back of the tube. For the face, use bright green or yellow paper triangles for glowing eyes, and glue small pieces of white yarn or pipe cleaners to the center of the face for whiskers, topped with a tiny pink pompom nose.
