19. Paper Plate Witch Hats
Let your little ones dress up in their own handmade Halloween creations. Cut a paper plate in half to create the base of the hat brim. Roll a sheet of black construction paper into a cone shape, trim the bottom so it stands flat, and glue it to the center of the paper plate brim. Let your child decorate their witch hat using purple and green paint, glitter, star stickers, and a colorful paper ribbon around the base of the cone. Punch holes on either side of the plate and tie a piece of ribbon or elastic string to keep the hat securely on your little witch or wizard’s head.
