12. Candy Corn Collage
Introduce your toddlers to the concepts of color sorting and patterns with a vibrant candy corn collage. Draw a large candy corn shape on a piece of heavy cardstock, dividing it into three distinct sections. Provide your child with a variety of yellow, orange, and white materials, such as torn construction paper, buttons, tissue paper squares, and sequins. Help them identify which color goes in which section: yellow at the bottom, orange in the middle, and white at the top. Let them apply glue to one section at a time and press the colorful materials onto the paper, creating a beautiful, textured mosaic that celebrates Halloween’s most iconic sweet treat.
